Optional annual prepaid discount: Site Alert $190/year (save $38), Live Dashboard $290/year (save $58), Project Pro $390/year (save $78), per device. Pay for 10 months and receive 12. Hardware is purchased separately. Annual billing renews yearly unless canceled; no early cancellation penalty. Prepaid service is generally nonrefundable after activation except as required by law.
Each activated device has its own plan. All plans include daily readings by email and configurable temperature and humidity email alerts.

Standalone temperature and humidity sensor; no separate logger or gateway needed.
Historical records: Every active monitoring subscription includes 12 months of rolling historical measurements, whether billed monthly or annually. Extended retention is a separate optional paid add-on. Following cancellation, remaining monitoring history is preserved for 12 months, then scheduled for deletion subject to legal retention and backup procedures.

Simple per-device billing: Every sensor has its own plan and monthly price, regardless of location. For example, four Site Alert sensors cost 4 × $19 = $76/month before applicable taxes. Locations are optional groups for organizing your devices and never change their subscription prices.
Billing and availability: Prices exclude shipping and applicable taxes. Monthly service begins at activation. You can cancel automatic renewal at any time; monitoring continues to the end of the paid period, and you can reactivate the device later. * Alert delivery depends on cellular connectivity and device configuration; instant delivery is not guaranteed.
